Reactor, which meets to GMP certificate requirements, is designed, manufactured and inspected in accordance with the pressure vessel standard (GB150-2011) and the steel welded atmospheric pressure vessel standard (NB/T 47003.1-2009). 

The reactor is widely used in producing and researching areas of petroleum, chemical industry, rubber, pesticide, dye,medicine and food. It is a tank that is used to hydrolysis, neutralization, crystallization, distillation, evaporation, storage, hydrogenation, alkylation, polymerization, condensation, heating mix, constant temperature reaction.

Reactor adopts vertical circular tank. Jacket can be made in type of dimple jacket, coil jacket or full jacket, which can heat or cool. Stainless steel is made of 304 or 316L, inner surface is electropolish or mechanical polish.  The outer wall adopts 304 insulation structure, outer surface is mirror polish or satin finish; The transition section of top nozzle openings and inner shell uses circular arc transition, which is without dead leg, easy to clean and beautiful appearance.

Feature

Reactor, made of 304 or 316L,  has excellent mechanical properties, can bear high pressure, and also can withstand the impact of the massive solid materials when feeding; At the same time, it has characteristics of rapid heating, high temperature, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance (no rust phenomenon), hygiene, no pollution and so on.

Agitator has anchor type, frame type, slurry type, and turbine type; It adopts cycloidal reducer, gear reducer, and frequency control; The sealing is sanitary mechanical seal; Heating and cooling can use jacket, half coil and coil structure; Heating mode has steam, electrical heating or conduction oil; Can be arbitrarily selected according to the customer’s requirements. 

Volume range is 500L～20000L, and we can make other specification according to customer’s actual requirements.

Application

It is applied to petroleum, fine chemical, rubber, pesticide, dyestuff, medicine, and food to complete the process of vulcanization, hydrogenation, alkylation, polymerization, condensation and so on.

Tank optional configuration

Reactor can be optionally configured with sight glass with lamp, manhole, cleaning ball, vent filter, pressure gauge, sampling valve , bottom valve, thermometer (digital display or Dial type), PH probe, level gauge and level control system (load cell, static pressure transmitting device and so on. It also can be configured according to customer’s requirements.
