The crystallizing tank is a crystallizing device in which the chilled water cools sharply in the jacket. The key are the size of

According to different usage, the tank can be designed with jacket, coil, insulation (which can heating, cooling and insulation); Stainless steel is made of 304 or 316L, inner surface is electropolish or mechanical polish. The outer wall adopts 304 insulation structure, outer surface is mirror polish or satin finish; fully sealed design assure that the materials are always operated under unpolluted condition.

Crystallizing tank can choosed curved blade paddle, which can increase heat exchange area, and increase in thermal efficiency,enhance the crystallization capacity. The material discharging is convenient.
The steam and cold media can be inputted into crystallizing tank jacket to make the material under optimum temperature, with high efficiency and convenient operation.
The seal is special sanitary mechanical seal to assure the material is unpolluted.
The speed of crystallizing tank is adjusted by frequency converter, the speed range is big, mix and materials and crystals well.Volume range is 100L~20000L, and we can make other specification according to customer’s actual requirements.
