Application
This reversing valve is used to switch the material flow in equipment pipelines and is widely used in industries such as food, brewing, beverages, dairy products, toothpaste, cosmetics, biopharmaceuticals, etc.
Work principle
This model uses compressed air to push the piston inside the pneumatic actuator up, and the piston rod and valve stem are connected with positioning cards. At the same time, when the air compression pushes the piston inside the pneumatic actuator up, it also pulls the valve stem up, causing the sealing surface on the valve seat to press against the sealing plane of the upper valve body, which closes the connection of the upper valve port. When the air compression is lower than the spring force or there is no gas compression, the piston is pushed down by the spring and drives the valve stem to move down, closing the lower valve port. Mainly used for fluid switching in pipeline systems, with one in and two out switching. It is applied in pipeline systems that do not contain pollution or mixed materials.
