Work principle
Connect the 24V DC power supply, circuit board, proximity switch, and provide a signal to open the solenoid valve to allow the air source to enter the cylinder. Using compressed air to push the piston inside the pneumatic actuator up, the piston rod and valve stem are connected with positioning cards. At the same time, when the air compression pushes the piston inside the pneumatic actuator up, it also pulls the valve stem up, that is, the valve opens. When the air compression is lower than the spring force or there is no gas compression, the piston is pushed down by the spring and drives the valve stem to move down, closing the lower valve port. Mainly used for fluid cut-off in pipeline systems, applied in pipeline systems.
