Product characteristic
Low leakage valve stem: the outer circle of the valve stem is rolled and polished to make its surface roughness less than Ra0.4 micron, reducing the friction between the valve stem and the packing.
Double-layer packing seal: Composed of two different sealing materials. The lower layer typically uses harder materials like reinforced PTFE to ensure sealing integrity and compressive strength. The upper layer can employ softer materials such as Daikin PTFE, which enhances sealing performance while reducing operational effort.
The packing sleeve is usually made of metal: it can withstand high working pressure, protect the upper packing to a certain extent and relieve the wear of the packing on the pressure and prolong the service life
