Application
The ball valve is a specially designed valve for the emptying and discharging of stainless steel tanks. It has the characteristics of high pressure, high temperature resistance, low torque, long life and so on. Satisfied with CIP and SIP cleaning and sterilization. It is suitable for high-cleanliness requirement process such as biopharmaceutical, food and beverage, dairy products, chemical industry and so on.
Work principle
The bottom ball valve is equipped with a special flange connection for welding to the bottom of the reactor or vessel, the end profile and radius of which have an effective gravity discharge effect, smooth conical holes and ultra close-range spheres in the tank prevent the media from piling up at the valve entrance, ensuring smooth discharge.
Design features
Small fluid resistance, resistance equal to same length section of pipe
Simple structure, small volume, light weight
Easy to operate, open and close rapidly, from fully open to fully closed only 90° rotation, convenient remote control
Easy maintenance, simple structure, convenient to disassemble and replace the seal
Tight and reliable, PTFE sealing, at fully open or fully closed, sphere and the sealing surface of valve seat are isolated with medium. When medium transiting, these will not cause erosion of sealing surface.
