Magnetic mixing tank has the characteristics of no leakage, full sealing, corrosion resistance and energy saving. Because of non-contact carryover moment and the static seal, there is no leakage problem. All material and agitator are in the sterile sanitary condition. The ideal product for pharmaceutic, chemistry, cosmetics and bio-engineering.
Feature
The dynamic mechanical seal is replaced by the static dead seal of the welding isolation sleeve, which completely solves the leakage problem of the dynamic mechanical seal.
Bottom magnetic agitator still works well even there is little material left in the tank. Mixing blade design is unique. Speed
range is 30r/min~370 r/min. It can adapt to all kids of different material mixing.
Stirring speed is adjusted by frequency converter to meet the requirements of the various process of stirring speed.
Volume range is 30L~20000L, and we can make other specification according to customer’s actual requirements.
