Application
This valve is a sterile diaphragm type manual seat valve with a hygienic and flexible design, based on a mature single seat valve design platform. The few and simple moving parts make the valve very reliable and reduce its maintenance costs. Used to cut or open pipelines leading to storage tanks. Widely used in industries such as high hygiene dairy products, beverages, pharmaceuticals, etc.
Work principle
Rotate the handwheel counterclockwise, and the thread transmission between the handwheel and the bracket pulls the valve stem downward, pulling the diaphragm to open the valve port, which means the valve opens. Rotate the handwheel clockwise, and the thread transmission between the handwheel and the bracket drives the valve stem to move up while also driving the valve stem to move up, pressing against the diaphragm to close the valve port. This valve is also a sterile shut-off valve.
