Application
The type of valve series are designed to use before or after doing sterilization treatment. Mainly applied to extract sample from tank or pipeline. It also can be assembled at the bottom of the tank or pipeline to drain away the remains. It is widely used in beer, milk, beverage, fruit juice, biopharmaceutical industries, etc.
Operating principles
Open valve: sampling
To open valve can through rotary handle (adjust type valve) or switch lever (open or close valve). When the central spindle and diaphragm have opened, the fluid can through sample valve.
After the sampling is completed, the valve is closed;

Close valve: sterilization sample
Reverse operation handle, close valve, meanwhile keep the passage way through between the hose pipes, so that doing sterilization treatment. If need use the steam, we suggest the customer install a small type of pressure adjust valve in the outlet.
Connect the steam hose to the upper part of the valve; Open the steam source, so that it flows through the valve to carry out sterilization, lasts for 1 minutes at 121℃; Close the steam source; Remove the steam hose, a sterile rubber plug or sterile blind mounted to the upper connecting pipe.
