Product introduction

Duplex filters are also called double switch filter.  It is made of two stainless steel filters in parallel. It has many advantages, such as reasonable and novel structure, reliably sealing, good fluidity and easy and simple to operate, etc. Also this multi purpose filtering equipment has wide range of application and outstanding adaptation. Especially, the filter bag side leakage probability is small, can guarantee the filtration accuracy accurately, and can replace the filter bag quickly, the filtration basically has no material consumption, thus the operation cost is reduced.

Product structure

The filter is all made of stainless steel and consists of two stainless steel columns. It is a single-layer stainless steel welding structure. The inside and outside surface is polished. The filter is equipped with stainless steel filter net and supporting basket. The top is equipped with vent valve for discharging air in the filter when filtering. The upper cover and the filter tube are connected with quick open structure, which makes it easier to clean (replace) the filter, and three adjustable legs can make the filter stably placed on the ground. The connecting pipe is connected by union or clamp, and the inlet and outlet valve adopts three-way ball valve, which has the advantages of high pressure and high temperature, flexible and convenient operation, and no leakage of material.

Application

1. Weak corrosive materials in chemical and petrochemical production , such as water , ammonia , oil , hydrocarbon , etc .

2. Corrosive materials in chemical production, such as caustic soda, concentrated sulfuric acid, carbonic acid, acetic acid, etc.

3. Low-temperature materials in refrigeration, such as liquid methane, liquid ammonia, liquid oxygen and various refrigerants.

4. Light-industrial food, pharmaceutical production with hygiene requirements, such as: beer, beverages, dairy products, grain pulp medical supplies and so on.
