Mobile storage tank, which meets to GMP certificate requirements, is designed, manufactured and inspected in accordance with the pressure vessel standard (GB150-2011) and the steel welded atmospheric pressure vessel standard (NB/T 47003.1-2009). 

Mobile storage tank adopts vertical circular tank. The top is standard elliptic or dished head, the bottom is standard conical, elliptic or dished head. The transition section of inner shell uses circular arc transition, which is without dead leg, easy to clean. It can be single layer, double layer (tank body and bottom head are with insulation), jacket type ( tank body and bottom head with jacket and insulation) or make according to customer’s requirements. Inner surface is mirror polish, which meets sanitary requirements.
The mobile storage tank is reasonably designed with brake casters, kickstand or  forklift grooves. At the same time, it can also be designed into square, circular and other shapes according to customer’s requirements. It can be equipped with mechanical agitator or magnetic agitator.

Feature

Flexible mobility with buffer storage function; optional mixing, cleaning, heating, cooling and temperature control functions; reasonable design with brake casters, kickstand or forklift groove, suitable for raw material or finished product movement, convenient off-line cleaning.

Single layer tank or optional jacket form or three layers with insulation. Material of insulation is rock wool or PU.

Volume range is 50L～1000L, and it can designed and customized according to the customers’ requirements.

The connection adopts Tri-clamp, inner shell use 304 or 316L, inner surface is 0.28~0.6μm by mirror polish,outer surface polished by satin finihs or sand blasting according to customer’s requirements.

Apply to dairy, beverage, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, grease, paint, chemical and other industries of various kinds of material liquid movement, turnover, buffer, cleaning, suitable for transport and storage of powder and liquid.

Tank optional configuration

The mobile storage tank can be optionally configured with sight glass, manhole, cleaning ball, vent filter, pressure gauge, thermometer (digital display or Dial type), level gauge and so on. It also can be configured according to customer’s requirements.
