PW storage tank adopts vertical circular tank. The top is standard elliptic or dished head, the bottom is standard
conical,elliptic or dished head. The transition section of inner shell uses circular arc transition, which is without dead leg,
easy to clean. It can be single layer, double layer (tank body and bottom head are with insulation), jacket type ( tank body and bottom head with jacket and insulation) or make according to customer’s requirements. Inner surface is mirror polish, which meets CIP, SIP and sanitary requirements.

Feature
Insulation material is rock wool (keep warm) or PU (keep cold).
The connection adopts Tri-clamp, inner shell use 304 or 316L, inner surface is 0.28~0.6μm by mirror polish,outer surface polished by satin finish or sand blasting according to customers’requirements.
Volume range is 30L~20000L, and we can make other specification according to customer’s actual requirements.
