Preparation before use:
1、Check whether the mixing tank is clean, whether all the equipment and spare parts are in the validity period.
2、 check whether the pipes and nozzles connected with the mixing tanks are well down and whether they are adjusted to the right position.
Running:
1、After no abnormal check, add the material, close the lid or manhole, turn on the power supply, start stirring, according to the requirements of the product process, mixing until the material is even;
2、In the mixing process, Please ensure that the material liquid level is higher than the impeller, and ensure that the stirring is clockwise operation, reverse will damage the mixer;
3、After finishing mixing, turn off the mixer power;
Cleaning and daily maintenance:
1、After each batch production, the bottom valve should be closed, the purified water valve should be opened, after a certain amount of purified water is added, after adding the detergent, after 10 minutes of continuous stirring, the discharge valve at the bottom of the tank should be opened to remove the sewage. To turn off the drain valve, add the purified water and rinse it continuously to the same PH value of the added purified water.
2、After rinsing by purified water, add the WFI water at last, then rinse it with water.
3、Recycle and clean the pipes connected to the mixing tank.
4、Regularly inspect and maintain every 3 months, add lubrication on bearings and gear part
5、The tank must be cleaned after each batch , whether in operation or not.
6、Do not use metal tools when cleaning.
7、Check all screws for loose fastening and fastening.
